Lakeshore College Foundation awards over $700K in scholarships during academic year

The Lakeshore College Foundation awarded 248 scholarships totaling $337,066 to Lakeshore College spring semester students. These funds, combined with awards given during fall, pushes the total amount for the 2025-26 academic year to $704,918 with 64.75% of the scholarships being full tuition for the year. This is an increase of $127,918 in funds raised from the previous year.

“We are thrilled to announce that 248 students will benefit from scholarships awarded this semester,” said Lakeshore College Foundation Executive Director Courtney Donati. “Through the generosity of these scholarships, we are able to support our students in the educational endeavors. We are grateful to our donors for their commitment to furthering academic success.”

The Adam Steel Fund, Kohler Foundation Advantage, and Richard F. Brindza Memorial scholarships were among the top contributors to the scholarships.
