2025-30 Strategic Plan at Lakeshore College
Lakeshore College is committed to a collaborative and inclusive strategic planning process engaging all members of our college community. Our strategic plan defines the mission and vision for the institution’s future and outlines Strategic Areas of Focus and Belief Statements.
This multi-year plan is reviewed and assessed annually, allowing for ongoing adjustments to ensure goals are met. Progress is measured through the College’s Scorecard, which tracks key goals aligned with our Strategic Areas of Focus.
