Registration deadline: One week before the event date. Maximum of 100 spots available.
Important: Long pants and closed-toed shoes are required. Everyone attending must register online and complete a release form. Individuals under 18 must provide a parent/guardian signature and return the completed event release form to Lakeshore.

What To Expect
Manufacturing Rocks is a hands-on career exploration event designed to introduce high school students to the exciting world of modern manufacturing. Students will take part in interactive activities, explore advanced technology and equipment, and learn about the wide range of high-demand careers available in the manufacturing industry.
Throughout the day, students will connect what they experience to real career pathways in areas such as automation, machining, welding, engineering, maintenance, and more. The event gives students an opportunity to see firsthand how creativity, problem-solving, technology, and skilled trades come together in today’s manufacturing careers.
