2026 Summer Camps at Lakeshore

Looking for summer camps for middle or high school students? Lakeshore College offers interactive summer camps in IT, fabrication, and culinary arts. Through IT Camp, FabLab Camp, and Junior Chef Camp, students gain hands-on experience, explore career pathways, and develop creative problem-solving skills in a fun, engaging learning environment. Register early, as space is limited. Camps are conveniently available for students and families in the Sheboygan and Manitowoc County areas.

Junior Chef Camp

Date: June 15-17, 2026

Time: Monday-Wednesday

  • 8:30AM to 2:30PM
    • Lunch: Included with Camp Fee

Location: Lakeshore College, Cleveland Campus | Culinary & Baking Labs

Ages: 14-18

Fee: $151.85

Step into the world of culinary arts with Lakeshore College’s Junior Chef Camp. Designed for high school students, this hands-on summer camp introduces essential kitchen skills, food safety, and recipe creation while working alongside professional chefs.

Important Notes

All Students must wear closed-toed shoes everyday, no sandals allowed.
All Students must wear full-length pants reaching to their ankles.
All Students must wear their hair tied back if hair length reaches their shoulders.

FabLab Camp

Date: June 15-18, 2026

Time: Monday-Wednesday

  • 9:00AM to 2:45PM
    • Lunch: Provided
  • Thursday 9:00AM to 3:00PM
    • Lunch: Provided

Location: Lakeshore College, Cleveland Campus | Nierode Building

Ages: 11-13

Fee: $59

Students will learn the fundamentals of modern manufacturing through hands-on activities like robotics, 3D printing, laser cutting, and mechanical design. These experiences introduce real-world tools and skills used in engineering and fabrication careers.
