OSHA 30 General Industry
Strengthen your knowledge of construction safety and learn how to recognize, prevent, and address hazards on the job site. OSHA 30 Construction provides in-depth safety and health training for supervisors, crew leaders, safety personnel, and other construction professionals who have responsibility for workplace safety.
Participants will explore common construction hazards, effective hazard-control practices, and strategies for promoting a stronger safety culture. The course places particular emphasis on recognizing hazards before incidents occur and understanding the responsibilities workers and employers have in maintaining a safe job site.
Upon successful completion of the 30-hour training, participants will receive a Department of Labor card.

- Recognize safety considerations associated with concrete, masonry, and other construction activities.
- Explain worker rights and employer responsibilities under OSHA.
- Apply safety leadership principles to help strengthen job-site safety practices and culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety and health management practices within a construction operation.
