OSHA 10 Construction
Build a strong foundation in construction workplace safety. This course introduces participants to common safety and health hazards that may be encountered on construction sites and provides practical knowledge for recognizing and helping prevent workplace injuries.
Designed especially for workers who are new to the construction industry, the course covers fundamental OSHA information, worker rights and responsibilities, personal protective equipment, material handling, construction health hazards, and OSHA's Focus Four hazards.

This seminar is held over two days: November 4 through November 5, 2026. Both sessions run from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Learning Outcomes
- Recognize common safety and health hazards found on construction sites.
- Explain basic worker rights and responsibilities related to workplace safety.
- Identify OSHA's Focus Four construction hazards: falls, electrocution, struck-by hazards, and caught-in or between hazards.
- Recognize the importance of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify basic safety considerations associated with material handling.
- Recognize common health hazards that may be present in construction environments.
- Apply basic hazard-recognition principles to everyday construction activities.
