IER Ops Refresher
This annual refresher is designed for participants who have previously completed Operations Level training. The course reviews the competencies needed for operations-level response in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 and provides an opportunity to reinforce previously learned response techniques through discussion and practical application.

Learning Outcomes
- Review current confinement and containment techniques used during response activities.
- Examine practical applications of protective clothing.
- Apply containment techniques during hands-on response scenarios.
- Review emergency response plan (ERP) and incident command (IC) procedures.
