Strengthen Your Workforce with Flooring Installation Training
Lakeshore College Workforce Solutions, in partnership with the Floor Covering Education Foundation (FCEF), offers a comprehensive flooring installation training program designed to upskill your workforce and support long-term business growth.
This hands-on, 300-hour training program equips employees with practical, job-ready skills across four key flooring disciplines (hardwood, carpet, resilient flooring, and tile), helping improve consistency, productivity, and craftsmanship your customers can trust.
Participants who complete the program earn three industry-recognized credentials, helping your business remain competitive in a high-demand industry.
Program Details
- Program Cost: $2,500 per employee
- Scholarships: FCEF funding may cover up to 100% of the program cost
- Start Date: Wednesday, April 1, 2026
- Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- End Date: July 2, 2026
- Location: Lakeshore College in the Agriculture building
- Availability: Limited seats
