Lakeshore College Workforce Solutions, in partnership with the Floor Covering Education Foundation (FCEF), offers a comprehensive flooring installation training program designed to upskill your workforce and support long-term business growth.
This hands-on, 300-hour training program equips employees with practical, job-ready skills across four key flooring disciplines, helping improve consistency, productivity, and craftsmanship your customers can trust.
Participants who complete the program earn three industry-recognized credentials, helping your business remain competitive in a high-demand industry.
Program Details
- Program Cost: $2,500 per employee
- Scholarships: FCEF funding may cover up to 100% of the program cost
- Start Date: Wednesday, February 4, 2026
- Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- End Date: May 14, 2026
- Location: Lakeshore College in the Agriculture building
- Availability: Limited seats
