Requesting Lakeshore College Transcripts

Your Lakeshore College transcript includes the record of your academic history. You may need to request your transcript if you are transferring to another college, providing one to your employer, or for many other reasons.

Lakeshore has retained Parchment to accept and process official Lakeshore transcripts. Official transcripts are printed on security paper, which includes tests for authenticity. GED/HSED Transcripts, Credentials, and Verifications

GED/HSED credentials are issued by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. They are the bearer of the records. If you need your GED/HSED records, you will need to contact them at 1.800.768.8886 or dpi.wi.gov/ged.
