HESI Admissions Exam
The HESI Admissions Exam is required for select health programs at Lakeshore College. The exam includes three academic sections: Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Math.
HESI Exam Information
- Score Validity: HESI Admissions Exam scores are valid for three years from the date of testing. Contact your academic counselor for additional information regarding score validity and admission requirements.
- Exam Fee: $55.00
- Registration: Call 920.693.1184 to register for an available testing date.
- Retesting: Students may retake the HESI multiple times. Retests require payment of the full exam fee.
Preparation
Lakeshore Library offers the study guide entitled HESI Admission Assessment Exam Review (5th edition), available for a two-week checkout period.

Day of Test
Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in with:
- A valid photo ID
- Exam fee payment
- Your confirmation email
- Your Evolve username and password
Please refer to the eligibility email you received for instructions on setting up your Evolve account.
Prohibited Items
Food, books, papers, calculators, listening devices, cell phones, smart watches, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the testing room. Pencils and scratch paper will be provided.
