Who, what, when, where, why, or how? The beginning of the semester always brings so many questions to Lakeshore College’s Customer Service Associates. Wondering what some of the most commonly asked questions are? We asked our Customer Service Associates, and they were happy to share.

I want to make a payment online. Where can I do this?

First, you need to log in to your MyLakeshore account to find the MyLTC tile/app. Within your MyLTC tile/app, use the eAccount Management tile/app or Make A Payment tile/app to make your payment.

I'm a GED/HSED or level 3 and up ELL Student. Where do I go for my classes?

Come to the lower level of the Lakeshore building on our Cleveland campus. Look for the signs directing you to the Student Resource Center/Library.

I'm looking for more information on Lakeshore College programs.

Check out our website at lakeshore.edu. Click on Program & Courses in the top menu and then choose Career Areas from the drop-down menu. We also have printed materials available in our Student Resource Center/Library for all programs.

Where do I get my student ID?

Stop in at the Welcome Center in the Student Resource Center/Library to receive your ID. Please bring a photo ID with you to receive your student ID. Common types of photo identification include a driver's license, state ID, passport or other school ID.

Where do I find my schedule of classes I'm registered for?

Log in to your MyLakeshore account and access the MyLTC tile/app. Within that tile/app, you can view your schedule and textbook information.

I think I have financial aid or scholarships available for me. Who do I contact to check on them?

Our Financial Aid team can help you. Reach out to them at 920.693.1718.

If I want to take a continuing education course (for example: Basic Rider or Basic Life Support), what steps do I need to take?

You would be considered a non-degree seeking student and your first step would be to call the Welcome Center at 920.693.1366 to register. Our team will help you every step of the way from there.

If I just want to take an undergrad course or two, not enroll in a program, what do I need to do?

You would be considered a non-degree seeking student and your first step would be to call the Welcome Center at 920.693.1366 to register. Our team will help you every step of the way from there.

I want to drop a class. How can I do that?

If you're enrolled in a program, we highly recommend discussing dropping a class with your Academic Counselor before taking this step. Whenever you are ready to drop or add a class, you can do that by logging in to your MyLTC and going to your Student Center.
